ACCESSORIES
ADHESIVES
This installation video includes steps for installing Garland’s Green-Lock Membrane Adhesive, a fast-curing, VOC-free adhesive that bonds the base sheet and cap sheets securely together.
Learn how to install Garland’s Tuff-Flash liquid flashing system on tough roofing details that a typical modified membrane has trouble sealing.
COATINGS
This Application Excellence series covers the prep/application/inspection of the highly reflective, single-component, urethane waterproofing membrane White-Knight Plus.* Used as a restoration coating on single-ply, metal, smooth BUR and modified bitumen roof systems.

WATCH VIDEOFLUID APPLIED ROOFING
Restoring your roof with a fluid-applied system can add years of robust, watertight protection and strength while improving aesthetics and energy efficiency to your building. This application excellence covers the steps for a FULLY REINFORCED system using Garland's LiquiTec.
Learn how to properly perform an adhesion test for fluid-applied systems. This video is demonstrated over a mineral modified, but can be applied to single-ply and metal roof systems. All Garland fluid-applied systems must pass this test before installing the restoration system.
METAL
Garland’s flashless metal edge system, R-Mer Force, is engineered to save both time and material. This video will walk you through the installation of this patented system. See for yourself how the fascia cover pieces quickly snap onto installed base anchors, completing the easy installation and blocking out the elements to protect the building.
R-Mer Force is a flashless metal edge system by The Garland Company. This animation shows how easy the system is to install.
This application video reviews R-Mer Span application equipment and materials, safety requirements, shop drawing packet, eave detail, valley detail, installing clips, installing panels, installing seam cap, and mechanically seaming panels.
This installation video will teach you about sizing coping projects, materials, installation tools, and ANSI/SPRI ES-1 installation requirements.
Learn how to take correct measurements and how to install the cant dam, flashing membranes, and the fascia cover.
ROLL GOODS
Torch-applied roof systems such as Garland's StressPly IV modified sheets, provide an alternative to traditional hot-mopped or cold-applied systems where roof access is restricted or where odors are a concern. In this Garland Application Excellence video we cover general installation guidelines and precautions to be considered when installing a torch-applied roof system.
Proper installation is key to a successful, water-tight KEE-Stone FB 60 system. This video will cover approved base sheets, hot and cold applied installation, and heat welding seams.
KEE-Stone FB 60 Flashing is designed for use as the top component in a two-ply flashing system. This membrane is used in conjunction with approved base sheets and can be installed in hot or cold adhesive.
Heat welding is becoming more popular with modified bitumen roof systems because it offers substantial benefits such as; delivers a clean, watertight seam; removes concern of whether each seam has proper amount of bleedout; eliminates adhesive tracking across roof during installation; and can be more efficient than alternatives. The purpose of this Application Excellence video is to introduce application techniques and process. Follow all life safety rules and regulations as outlined by OSHA and the NRCA.
